• I was born to create, it's who I am. 
• Hard working, innovative and passionate both in my professional life and my personal life. 
• For every problem, there is a solution. Whether design or machining, I always have several plans of attack When faced with a challenge I take a step back and ask myself  "Is this the best way?" "Could this be accomplished differently?" I keep tweaking, however there are those times when I have to start from scratch until I get it absolutely perfect. 
• I am very much a team player, I am not about my own ego. My ultimate goal is that the product succeeds. If the product succeeds, the company succeeds, if the company succeeds, we all succeed. 
• I believe in strong communication [there is no such thing as too much communication]. Communication builds not only confidence, but a strong bond between everyone involved, creating a more efficient and productive environment. 
• When it comes to design, whether it be kitchen appliances to a full blown car, I can come up with an efficient solution that will not only satisfy the customer and the company, but will be user friendly to whoever is involved in manufacturing
